I hold a Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, Colorado (2003) and a bachelor's degree from SUNY Stony Brook. I am licensed by the Texas State Medical Board and a member of the National Certification Board for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. (NCBAHM)

 

My formative years were spent growing up on Long Island and later working in NYC. My journey into holistic healing began with a long standing interest in alternative healthcare and eastern philosophy. These passions ultimately inspired me to pursue formal training in acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Today, I combine ancient wisdom with modern research to help my patients activate their body's natural healing potential.

Over the course of my career, I've had many rewarding experiences in different practice settings across several states which has allowed me to work with patients in a variety of clinical settings from private practice to in-patient hospital care.

I opened the doors of Blossom Tree Acupuncture to Dallas in the Spring of 2017.​

 

My master's degree curriculum comprised over 3,500 hours of comprehensive classroom and clinical training in both Eastern and Western Medicine. Part of my clinical experience involved a specialized externship at Longmont Community Hospital in the Oncology Department. Serving the needs of oncology patients has a special place in my heart.

In May of 2017, I completed a two year Clinical Integration course based in Five Element Acupuncture offered by Lonny Jarrett.

​Classical Five Element Acupuncture is an ancient form of medicine that works by treating a person at all levels of the body, mind, heart and spirit.

​

I have extensive training in fertility and IVF assisted acupuncture treatment and enjoy helping women during their fertility journey.
